Bhatt and Pritish Nandy join hands

After taking up the responsibility of introducing
new artistes in its films, Mahesh and Mukesh Bhatt's
Vishesh Films has now gone a step further by taking
upon itself the onus of promoting new directors. But
this time it has teamed up with Pritish Nandy
Communications to produce films with debut-making
directors.
Apparently, it was Nandy who first mooted the
idea of teaming up with Mahesh Bhatt and Vishesh
Films. "Both P.N.C. and Vishesh Films were
looking forward to introducing new directors and it
only seemed proper to start producing films
together. With Mahesh Bhatt's expertise and creative
supervision, it made even more sense," says
Nandy, justifying his decision.
At the moment, the two have already selected five
new directors to direct films. "We have even
started work on two of the projects," Nandy
says. This seems like a step in the right direction
and one hopes the new directors give a new meaning
to entertainment.
